Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Kanvas you agree to these terms. If you use Kanvas on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are allowed to accept them for that organization.

• Give accurate information when you sign up and keep it current.
• Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• Tell us right away if you think someone else has accessed your account.

Everything you add to a project — contacts, deals, products, orders, files and messages — stays yours. You give Kanvas permission to store, process and display that data only to run the service for you and the people you invite.

You are responsible for having the right to upload the data you add, including any personal information about your own customers.

Don't use Kanvas to:

• break the law or infringe anyone's rights;
• send spam or messages people didn't agree to receive;
• upload malware or try to access data that isn't yours;
• overload, probe or reverse-engineer the service, or get around its limits.

AI agents and assistants can make mistakes. Review what they produce before you act on it or send it to anyone, and don't rely on them for legal, medical or financial decisions.

When you connect another service (for example email, calendars or payment providers), you allow Kanvas to exchange data with it on your behalf. That service's own terms apply to your use of it.

Some features may require a paid plan. The price and billing terms are shown before you subscribe, and any change to them is announced before it applies to you.

You can stop using Kanvas at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other users at risk; when possible we will tell you first and give you a chance to export your data.

We work to keep Kanvas available and secure, but the service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Kanvas is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost data, arising from your use of the service.

We may update these terms as Kanvas changes. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version, and we will let you know about significant changes before they take effect.
